              <Sentence>試験機ノ刃、刃承、軸、軸承、槓桿、荷重標示、荷重装置其ノ他各部ハ秤量ニ等シキ指示荷重ヲ以テ全荷重試験ヲ行ヒ異状ヲ呈セザルモノナルコトヲ要ス</Sentence>

              <Sentence>精度ノ試験ニ用フル検定器、重錘、槓桿装置、標準試験片其ノ他ノ計測器具ハ当該官吏ノ適当ト認ムルモノナルコトヲ要ス</Sentence>

          <ArticleTitle>第八条</ArticleTitle>

            <ParagraphSentence>
              <Sentence>本令ノ規定ニ該当セザル試験機ハ当該官吏ニ於テ本令ノ規定ニ該当スルモノト同一ノ効力ヲ有スト認ムルモノニ限リ之ヲ本令ニ適合スルモノト看做ス</Sentence>

              <Sentence>引張試験機及圧縮試験機ハ指示荷重ヲ秤量ニ達セシメタル後放置シ六〇秒時経過スルモ其ノ減少ガ秤量ノ二〇％ヲ超エザルモノナルコトヲ要ス</Sentence>

            <ParagraphSentence>
              <Sentence>引張試験機及圧縮試験機ノ精度ノ試験ハ秤量ニ応ジ適当ニ定メタル五以上ノ試験荷重（指示荷重ニ依ル以下同ジ）ニ付之ヲ行フモノトス但シ同一試験機ニシテ秤量ヲ変更シ得ルモノニ在リテハ最大秤量ニ対スル試験ノ場合ヲ除クノ外各秤量ニ対スル試験荷重ハ之ヲ五未満ト為スコトヲ得</Sentence>

              <Sentence>前項ノ試験荷重中最大ノ荷重ハ秤量ノ八〇％以上ナルコトヲ要ス但シ秤量三〇〇瓲以上ノ試験機ニ在リテハ当該官吏ノ見込ニ依リ八〇％未満ト為スコトヲ得</Sentence>

              <Sentence>前条ノ試験ハ無荷重状態ヨリ順次荷重ヲ増加シ最大試験荷重ニ達セシメ更ニ順次荷重ヲ減少シテ其ノ都度各試験荷重ニ付之ヲ行フモノトス</Sentence>

              <Sentence>本令ニ合格シタル引張試験機及圧縮試験機ノ第二回以後ノ試験ニ於テハ当該官吏ノ見込ニ依リ精度ノ試験ニ於ケル最大試験荷重、試験荷重ノ数及試験反覆回数ヲ減ズルコトヲ得</Sentence>

              <Sentence>機差ハ荷重ヲ順次増加スル場合及順次減少スル場合夫々各試験荷重ニ付之ニ対スル作用荷重ヲ測定シ其ノ平均ヲ求メ左ノ算式ニ依リ算定スルモノトス</Sentence>

              <Sentence>引張試験機及圧縮試験機ノ精度ハ機差ガ正負一％ヲ超エズ且同一試験荷重ニ対スル作用荷重ガ著シク不同ナラザルモノナルコトヲ要ス</Sentence>

              <Sentence>引張試験機及圧縮試験機ノ感量ハ無荷重状態ニ於テ荷重指示装置ノ平衡位置ヲ明瞭ニ変化セシムル為当該試験機ニ加フベキ荷重ヲ以テ之ヲ定ムルモノトス但シ同一試験機ニシテ秤量ヲ変更シ得ルモノニ在リテハ最大秤量ニ対シ之ヲ定ムルニ止ムルコトヲ得</Sentence>

              <Sentence>押痕式硬試験機ニシテ油圧ニ依リ荷重ヲ加フルモノハ指示荷重ヲ秤量ニ達セシメタル後放置シ三〇秒時経過スルモ其ノ減少ヲ来サザルモノナルコトヲ要ス</Sentence>

              <Sentence>押痕式硬試験機ノ圧子及反撥式硬試験機ノ鎚ハ構造堅牢ニシテ形状正確ナルモノナルコトヲ要ス</Sentence>

              <Sentence>押痕式硬試験機ノ精度ノ試験ハ秤量ニ応ジ適当ニ定メタル五以上ノ試験荷重（指示荷重ニ依ル以下同ジ）ニ付之ヲ行ヒ反撥式硬試験機ノ精度ノ試験ハ秤量ニ応ジ適当ニ定メタル五以上ノ試験硬度数ニ付之ヲ行フモノトス</Sentence>
